 At Organically Jessica, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your product, we offer a straightforward return policy to make your experience as enjoyable as possible.

To start a return, please send us an email at organicallyjessica@outlook.com within 24 hours of your purchase with your full name and order number. 

• Product is melted
• Products must be unused

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs and returns. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your protection.

Once your return is received, we will send you an email confirmation. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing. Once your replacement order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and shipping details.

A order return not initiated within 24 or used products are not eligible for returns due to hygienic reasons.
